- I am begining to think I am crazy. This game "Below the Root" was
- available for the C-64 at one time. I actually have a copy of it
- somewhere packed away with my other C-64 stuff. My question is this;
- during the mid 80's I worked at a Radio Shack for a short period of
- time and I distinctly remember a PC version of this program being
- avaiable. I played this lovely game with my daughter and it hold many
- nostolgic memories for us. It was one of the first games I remember
- that was not based on a kill everything in sight theme. In fact
- violence was a no-no in this game. The sound track was supurb for it's
- day.
-
- I should get to the point here. While I suppose I could drag all the
- C-64 stuff out and fire it up but having moved on to the PC world
- which is now my business I would like to explore other alternatives.
- What about these C-64 emulators ? Do they allow a PC to actually read
- C-64 disks ? At the very least, does anybody else remember this game
- and who it was published by ? In the future I will share whatever I
- have i the archive as I will begin to search today.
-
- Thanks in advance for any information
